Vasik ApS is looking for 13 SOC operators for a data center in Fredericia.
Do you feel comfortable in a role where you have a lot of assignments in the air? And do you have flair for navigating between several IT systems? Can you handle English, both in writing and verbally? And you don't mind using your head and eyes? Then you might be our new colleague.
We are looking for guards for both night and day, 6 guards for night and 7 guards for day shift.
As a guard in Vasik ApS, your job, and the requirements we have for you will consist of the following:
It is important that you can provide good service, where you approach all tasks with professionalism, a smile and a readiness to adapt, which means that we can react quickly.
You must be able to maintain composure and an overview, as you are expected to carry out the assigned tasks correctly.
We ensure this, among other things, through the thorough training and education process that you would have to go through before you are allowed to work on your own.
You must find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems and navigate many different platforms.
it is important that you can thrive in an unpredictable everyday life with a high pace and varying work pressure, where correct, fast service and behavior always are the priority.
You must be flexible.
But most importantly, you must have a good sense of humor and a big smile.
Services and Responsibilities
All guard personnel are expected to perform the following services per the expectations,
outlined in the customers Code of Conduct, CSRM Standard Operating Procedures and additional.
documents provided:
● Report policy violations, malfunctioning equipment, and unsafe behaviors
to the correct point of contact
● Be aware of their surroundings, respond as directed to any alarms/incidents around the
site, enforce safety requirements and be a noticeable security presence.
● Enforce all security protocols
Language expectations
All guard Personnel performing this service must comply with the following language.

Business level proficiency in English (writing and reading) and local language.
IT expectations
Proficient in Google sheets and/or Excel, it will be an advantage if you also have knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
Area Security Operations Center (ASOC) Services
Area Security Operations Center (ASOC) Services may include but are not limited to:
● Monitor and dispatch alarms within the dedicated metro or geographic area
● Monitor multiple security access control systems to aid in the safety and security of
persons and properties
● Detect unfavorable security situations, dispatch appropriate contractor personnel to
address, and make proper notifications to the appropriate level of management.
● Monitor and acknowledge all activated alarms, dispatch security officers when needed
while meeting the performance criteria
● Monitor, review and acknowledge all site intrusion detection alarms
● Monitor cameras and perform quarterly audits of video archives
● Submit maintenance tickets for security-system-related issues
● Responsible for supporting all Operational Assessment tasks
● Update internal systems and log daily activity
● Intervene and support any badge corrections
● Review video for self-reports
● Responsible for DC Camera Photo Management
● Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all incidents using reporting system
● Distribute notifications from Security Operations Center to site personnel
● Send out any construction-related communications
● Provide virtual escort services
Qualifications:
Has undergone and passed the mandatory course "Basic Guard."
Preferably experience with guard duty and day or night shift
Has good IT skills.
Business level proficiency in English (writing and reading) and local language.
Speaks and write Danish.
Driver’s license for min. cat. B
Has an unmarked criminal record According to Danish Law on Security Services §7, §78 of the Criminal Code and the requirement specification for security services point 70.20 b).

Terms:
Day shift and night shift 06.00-18.00 or 18.00 to 06.00
Part time up to 120 hours.
Work every second/third weekend must be expected.
Work either Christmas or New Year
