You play a crucial role in the design of hydrogen installations
As the new Project Engineer, you will be part of the engineering team who deliver the engineering solutions and capacities to a successful project execution of complex electrolysers and fueling stations projects in tight cooperation with internal and external stakeholders who form the project team led by the Project Manager.
You will provide engineering support to project teams in the design and building of hydrogen fueling stations, electrolyzer plants, and other hydrogen-related equipment. You will also work closely together with the Project Managers from suppliers of the technical equipment.
Your tasks will include:
- Detailed mechanical engineering from PFD to P&IDs for PtX and fuelling stations
- Prepare descriptions, specifications, and tender material for sub suppliers
- Selection and cooperation with partners and suppliers
- Support to Project Managers in relation to design and building of fueling stations and electrolyzer plants
- Optimize preliminary design layouts in tight cooperation with the project team
- Safety reviews and safety design
- Quantitative risk assessments at building sites and equipment
- Quality inspections at building sites
- Optimizing processes and relevant data knowledge
Reporting will be to the Engineering Manager and the place of work will be in Fredericia, Denmark where Everfuel is currently building the new Everfuel Tech center facility. You should expect some travelling days. Who are you?
You have a relevant educational background most likely on an engineering level with a minimum of 5 years of experience from related jobs.
We imagine you are analytical and detail-oriented but still able to work in a complex environment with many interfaces. Furthermore, you have experience with programs for design, construction of process equipment, and hazard studies. It comes naturally to you to focus on details, and at the same time, you are highly productive and get things done. Furthermore, you are proficient in both written and spoken English. Moreover, we imagine that you have experience with:
- Mechanical engineering and construction from process plants PED and ATEX Directives, requirements and approvals
- Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams etc.
- Functional safety for process plant
