1,22,1Are you proficient in C# and .NET? And do you want to work in an innovative company committed to a greener world?

Grab this opportunity to become part of an IT team that prioritises collaboration and work-life balance. Joining our agile setting, you will quickly find that we prioritise making decisions together – and you will have a lot of impact on how we solve our tasks.

Meet your new team

You will join a high-performing team consisting of 6 talented colleagues. We respect each other and collaborate in an open and trustful way.
We communicate in English on a daily basis in the team. Company language is Danish.

We use Kanban and Scrum to create an agile and flexible development process where we always aim to solve our tasks by working together.

We have both junior and senior profiles, so we learn from each other and trust each other’s capabilities,” -Lasse

Product wise, we spend the majority of our time building new systems for our Control Center, which serves as a strong player in the international electricity market.

In addition to the full-stack development tasks in your primary team, you will represent our team in frontend development as part of a cross-organisational Blazor community. Here, you will be taking care of e.g. shared services for use in the entire Tech and Innovation area.

Make your mark on our systems

You will have an end-to-end role where you will be involved in both frontend and backend coding, architecting, developing new systems and maintaining parts of the existing solutions until new solutions are up and running.

We develop microservices written in C# and hosted in Azure – we are cloud-based – and our frontend is built in Blazor.

We use continuous integration and deployment, which means that code is automatically tested from unit to integration before the code is automatically deployed to a production environment.

This means that you will:

  • Work on code and design in C# and .NET microservice architecture
  • Perform frontend work in Blazor/JavaScript
  • Develop, monitor and maintain the team's microservices
  • Conduct code reviews
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing

A social workplace with a good work-life balance
You will be part of an organisation that highly values flexibility and work-life balance. Therefore, you will be provided with equipment for a comfortable home office to ensure the best possible combination of working at our office in Fredericia and from home.

As an international team, we also rely heavily on Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.

We are very sociable and share a good sense of humour. Also, we are sharing, sparring and communicating constantly, so you’re never on your own, even if you’re working from home.” - Gitte

We meet physically at least one day per week in Fredericia; the rest of the time, we work from home.

Skilled developer with a desire to learn

You can come from a diverse background, but it is essential that you can adapt quickly to new work processes and take responsibility for your tasks. You are also curious and eager to learn about new technologies – and of course, you thrive in close collaboration.

In this role you will contribute to collaboration across teams while building sustainable products.

We would like you to:

  • Have some years of experience from a similar position
  • Have solid experience with backend development in C# and .NET
  • Have interest in frontend and specifically in Blazor
  • Speak and write English effortlessly – understand and speak Danish on basic level
  • Experience with Cloud development is an advantage
