Currently, we are seeking a Transport Coordinator to support our dispatchers in the transportation group, and we look forward to welcoming you aboard!



About the Job

As a Transport Coordinator, you will become part of a team responsible for coordinating the transportation of over 170 trucks and 400 tankers. The transportation group consists of 14 skilled and dedicated employees, all proud to be part of LS Intertank. We are divided into smaller teams with various responsibilities, and you will be a valued team member, ensuring quality and supporting our dispatchers in the planning and coordination of trucks and drivers.

You will have close contact with our drivers, and based on loading and unloading times, cargo weight, etc., you will be responsible for ensuring that all valid information is recorded in our various IT systems. We all contribute to a common goal of ensuring that our trucks and tankers always reach our valued customers in Scandinavia and Europe at the right time and place.

We work diligently and efficiently as a team, emphasizing teamwork and a positive atmosphere in our daily operations. Therefore, your ability to contribute positively to this environment is of great importance.



General Responsibilities:

  • Supporting dispatchers
  • Managing fleet tracking systems to know drivers' locations
  • Updating dashboards with relevant data
  • Preparing and managing documents and certificates

You are organized, capable of handling important information and data, and you take responsibility for both your own tasks and those of the team. You will receive thorough training to provide you with the best foundation for success, in collaboration with the entire LS Intertank team.



Additional Competencies:

  • Fluent in Polish or Slovak, in addition to English
  • Flair for IT systems
  • Proficient in MS Office and preferably well-versed in Excel
  • Skilled in communicating with people from all backgrounds
  • Resilient and flexible
The position is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, excluding lunch breaks. Working hours are between 7 AM and 5 PM, and we are looking for someone living within a 30–45-minute radius of Taulov. There may be opportunities for advancement in the position in the long term.
